Every gamer worth their salt has a little game designer in them. Well, here’s your chance to show it off – by creating a cool NEW Encounter Card idea for an upcoming expansion of Cutthroat Caverns!

Winners may see their creations in the game with a named credit on the card and in the rules sheet. Plus, they’ll score some cool Smirk and Dagger products – the Grand Prize with a value of approximately $150.

Who can enter?
Anyone over the age of 13 years old, where not prohibited by law.

How do I enter?
To enter the Create an Encounter contest, you'll need to provide a name for the Encounter, the special ability text that makes your idea unique and the information for the Attack Matrix. See the example above. Send your entry along with your complete name, address (No P.O. Boxes), zip code, telephone number, and date of birth.
You may enter by e-mailing your submission to covertc@smirkanddagger.com from 11/11/11 through 11:59 p.m. EST on 1/11/12.
Alternatively, you may submit your entry by mail. Mailed entries must be received no later than 1/11/12. Send your completed entry to: Smirk and Dagger Games - Encounter Contest: 30 Lyrical Lane, Sandy Hook, CT 06482

All entries become property of Smirk and Dagger Games and none will be returned.

Submission Notes:
Submissions do not need to include any art. Artwork is not a criteria for judging entries. Entries will be judged on the uniqueness and creativity of the Encounter Card idea as expressed in the Special Ability text and the supporting name and Attack Matrix data.

When will the winner be announced?
The winning Encounter Cards and the names of all winners will be announced sometime before the game goes to press, which is currently scheduled for March 30, 2012.

How will I find out if I won?
Winners will be notified by mail.

How do I find out who won?
For the name of the Grand Prize winner, go to www.smirkanddagger.com/winner between 3/15/12 and 7/31/12. The winner's name will also appear on the card and in the rules sheet of the game in which their card appears.
